TeachIn of new RFID tokens directly via Terminal

Management of new RFID Tokens can be a mess when the tokens are not labelled with a readable identification number. Especially if this is by design to make the tokens “anonymous” the only way is to have some kind of excel sheet, csv-file or whatever and to import this into the backend. However, it is nearly impossible to “mass assign” RFID tokens on this way to the employees.

A quick solution for this would be to have the opportunity to put one of the terminals into some kind of training mode which only reads the RFID chip and sends it to the clock:it backend and the belonging HR product. By this, a new employee can receive any of the available and unassigned RFID tokens which is then read into the system and directly assigned to the employee. After that, the terminal is put back into normal operation mode and can be used again as a normal terminal device.
