Timetrack only possible when approved Offsite absence existing

It would be great to define that Timetrack with mobile App is only allowed when an approved Offsite absence exists. This would facilitate processes like employees have to perform Timetrack on Terminal if they are onsite and can use mobile Timetrack only when they are allowed to work offsite.
